North East Radio Group
NERG is a club devoted to encouraging members and others to enjoy the hobby of amateur radio. It tries not to hang on ceremony and procedures but rather participate in the fun aspects of this fascinating hobby.
The club began in 1985 as a group of hidden transmitter and DX contesters from the outer North-East suburbs of Melbourne where the group still meets. The group has always had a strong commitment to helping others join the hobby and gain the necessary skills and radio licenses to get “on the air”.
Radio Cafe is held Every Thursday afternoon from 2pm

Training Courses & Exams
